After the three qualifying rounds Karl Norris was quickest with 40 laps, Simon Pole and Richard Norris each had 39 laps with Chelle Snowden, Adam Hancock, Benn Norris and Guy Rogers all on 38 .
Finals
All the drivers in the “D” Final finished in the start grid order with Jacob Milne winning and Steven Myall taking second place less than two seconds behind Jacob, these two being five laps clear of third place driver Kevin Flamson.
Gaz de Roeck was on pole position for the “C” Final, it was a very close race, Caleb Jones was the winner, Gaz taking second place and Darren Holyland third. The quickest lap in the race was set by Paul Carter.
The “B” Final winner was Guy Rogers with a great drive getting 38 laps, being two laps clear of Sam Pope and Bob Harley in second and third places respectively
As expected the “A” Final was a very exciting race to watch with some great driving. The first three drivers all scored 40 Laps, Karl Norris winning, Simon Pole taking second place and Richard Norris third. Adam Hancock was fourth with 39 laps, Chelle Snowden and Benn Norris finished fifth and sixth with 38.

Round 9 of the Summer League with Karl Norris being top qualifier, Simon Pole second, Richard Norris third and Adam Hancock in fourth place, all with 36 Laps.
The “D” Final was won by Steven Myall, Jacob Milne took second place with Kevin Flamson third.
Josh Freeman had a fine win in the “C” Final, Mike Simpson finished second and Will Lacey third.
Louis Parker was the winner of the “B” Final with Guy Rogers second, just ahead of Chelle Snowen in third place.
A very close “A” Final to complete the evenings racing. Karl Norris was the winner, Simon Pole taking second place, both being on 37 laps. Adam Hancock was third, Dan Stones fourth, Richard Norris fifth and Benn Norris sixth.
With just two more rounds in the Summer League remaining, Simon Pole leads in F1 with Guy Rogers second and Richard Norris third.
Sam Pope leads F2, Mike Simpson is second and Benn Norris third.
The F3 leader is Josh Freeman, Will Lacey is second and Kevin Flamson third. Alex Forster is the highest placed junior member.
However, with the best eight from a possible eleven round scores to count, a lot could change.

The “C” Final was a close race between Will Lacey and Darren Holyland with Will winning by less than two seconds, Alex Forster was third.
Club Chairman Bob Harley won the “B” Final and also set the fastest lap in the race, Freddie Parker took second place just ahead of Sam Pope.
A great “A” Final as usual, Louis Parker was the winner, Simon Pole finished in second place just over a second adrift, with Guy Rogers third, Chelle Snowden fourth and Dan Stones fifth – all three drivers being two laps down.

A Courtney Orme design track this week with Karl Norris being the fastest qualifier on 39 laps with Richard Norris in second place and Guy Rogers third, both with 38 laps.
Finals
Darren Holyland won the “D” Final, Steven Myall was second, setting the quickest lap of the race and Jacob Milne finished third.
Ethan Wardle had a great drive to win the “C” Final, Alex Forster took second place and Mike Simpson third, both being a lap down on Ethan.
The “B” Final was very close with Sam Pope winning by just over a second from Bob Harley in second place who also had the fastest lap in the race. Saul and Ben Theobold had a good contest for third, with Saul getting the upper hand.
Just the “A” Final remaining and it did not disappoint, Karl Norris was the winner with 39 laps as in qualifying, Richard Norris was second and Benn Norris third, both having 38 laps. An excellent race, perhaps we should rename it “The Norris Final” !!!

Three Qualifying rounds and a Final as usual on yet another Simon Pole designed track. Yes he was the fastest qualifier once again and went on to win the “A” Final with Justin Heath finishing in second place, and Chelle Snowden third.

Simon Pole was fastest qualifier this week with Karl Norris just 0.29 seconds adrift in second place, both drivers achieving 36 laps. Chelle Snowden and Adam Hancock had 35 laps with Benn Norris, Guy Rogers and Dan Stones 34.
Finals
Kevin Flamson was the winner of the “E” Final, with Robert Dutton taking second place and Darren Thomas was third in his first race at Burton for several months.
There was a close race in the “D” final between Alex Forster and pole position driver Caleb Jones. At the finish there was only half a second between them, Alex being the winner and Caleb second. Jenson Scouler was third just one lap down.
A tremendous performance from Saul Theobold won him the “C” Final, also setting the quickest lap in the race and being the top “Team Theobold” driver of the evening. Kayleigh Knight took second place and Mike Simpson was third.
Guy Rogers won the “B” Final, lapping everyone else in the race, Sam Pope finished second place and Dan Stones third.
Just the “A” final remaining, Simon Pole was the winner being five seconds ahead of Karl Norris in second place, Adam Hancock and Chelle Snowden were third and fourth and Benn Norris was fifth.

With six of the eleven rounds of the league now completed Simon Pole Leads GT12 F1 with Guy Rogers second and Richard Norris third.
In F2 Sam Pole leads, Mike Simpson is second and Ian Whiston third.
Josh Freeman is the leader of F3, Kevin Flamson is in second place and Barry Thomas third.
Next week is round 4 of the 2023 Superleague, booking in as usual by text message to the club mobile.
The Qualifying was very close with a total of five drivers having 40 laps, all within three seconds of one another. Richard Norris was quickest followed by Simon Pole, Karl Norris, Justin Heath and Richard Hicklin,setting up the prospect of an exciting “A” Final.
Finals
Jacob Milne won for the second week running, this time the “E” Final, Ian Craig was second and Robert Dutton third.
A good result for Ethan Wardle in winning the “D” Final after a close race with Caleb Jones who finished in second place with Will Lacey third.
In the “C” Final the first three drivers all finished with 36 laps, a fine win for Ian Whiston, Saul Theobold taking second place and Paul Dewsnap third.
A very competitive “B” Final with Benn Norris first across the finishing line with 39 laps being just 0.44 Seconds ahead of Bob Harley in second place, Adam Hancock was third.
As expected the “A” Final was a great race, being won by Richard Norris. Simon Pole took second place and Richard Hicklin third, all with 40 laps. Karl Norris and Justin Heath were fourth and fifth with 39 laps followed by Chelle Snowden and Guy Rogers on 38.

Finals
New club member Jacob Milne won the GT12 “D” Final with Kevin Flamson taking second place and Ian Craig finishing third. Well done Jacob !!!
Visiting driver Paul Dewsnap was the winner of the “C” Final, Gaz de Roeck finished second with Josh Freeman third and Ethan Wardle fourth.
The “B” Final was a very close race with Sam Pope taking the win just over four seconds ahead of Benn Norris with Saul Theobold having an excellent drive to finish third.
The “A” Final was won by Simon Pole with 37 laps, it was close for the remaining places with Richard Norris, Chelle Snowden, Adam Hancock and visiting driver Andrew Slingsby finishing in second, third, fourth and fifth places all on 36 laps. A great race !
In the last race of the evening, the LMP12 Final, Louis Parker was the winner with 40 laps, Karl Norris was second on 39 laps, Freddie Parker and Dan Stones were third and fourth, each wih 35 Laps.
