With seven of the nine rounds completed we have the unusual situation that two drivers Karl Norris (F1) and Freddie Parker (F3) have scored the maximum 600 points and cannot beaten in their divisions. Benn Norris (F2) has two chances to achieve the same result in the remaining rounds.

In the “B” final Freddie Parker was on pole position on the grid and made a great start, going on to set the quickest lap in the race. However after an exciting race the eventual winner was Mike Simpson, Freddie was second an Adam Hancock third.

The “A” Final was keenly contested with Simon Pole winning with 40 laps, Richard Norris was second with 39, with Bob Harley, Nick Wallace and Dan Stones taking third, fourth an fifth places respectively on 38 laps. Chelle Snowden finished in sixth place with 37 laps. Well done Dan!

In the League Simon Pole now leads F1, Bob Harley is in second place and Nick Wallace third.
Dan Stones is the leader in F2, Mike Simpson is in second place and Benn Norris third.
Freddie Parker having won all of the six rounds is the F3 League champion – can he also win the remaining three rounds? Adam Cowell is in second place and Saul Theobold third.

Remember that with three rounds remaining and only the best six from a possible nine scores to count some of the present positions may be misleading !!!!

Next week is Round 7
